I am currently a Culinary Medicine Consultant and Private Chef for select clients. Still, I also devote time to my second love, real estate, and am a REALTOR® in addition to working closely with local investors on Residential and Commercial acquisitions and dispositions.

My medical and culinary experience includes obstetrics and gynecology, fertility, pediatrics, preventive medicine, and medical positions in university and private wellness centers. I strongly believe in preventive medicine through integrative nutrition and have applied this as a chef and in my home. I spent time as a Chef de Partie in the high-volume restaurants The Grand Marlin in Pensacola Beach and Eclipse di Luna in Atlanta. I was the Sous Chef at Gee Da's Table in the Downtown - Historic District of Statesboro and as a Restaurant & Menu Design Consultant and Marketing and Wellness Advising at Stone's Cuisine & Cocktails in Johns Creek.

I am an alumna of several universities, including a President's List and 4.0 GPA Honors Graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Culinary Arts, Everglades University for Complementary & Alternative Medicine / Pre-Medical - Science Track, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for Nutrition, Undergraduate Core / Pre-Medical at Georgia Southern University and Harvard Extension School, in addition to The University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth for Sustainability Studies. I enjoyed 39 courses offered by the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences for a Science and Cooking Lecture Series and the Siting Julia: A Julia Child Centenary Symposium offered at the Radcliffe Institute at Harvard University. I have been a proud member of the American Culinary Federation, the James Beard Foundation, and of Slow Food. I hold certifications as a ServSafe Food Handler, Food Manager, and Integrative Health Coach.

I have studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts during my training. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, a leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

Most of all, I want you to know I'm approachable. I'm human like anyone else and am in NO way perfect! I make mistakes and learn from them. If you feel overwhelmed or fear failure, then no worries! EVERYONE feels that way from time to time, and we can all overcome together!

In my free time, I love to watch movies and enjoy the love of my life and husband, Scott, bonus kids Devlin and Ian, plus family and friends in general. You know, puppies and babies (as long as I can give them back), hahaha (it's ok to laugh!).

Feel free to follow me on Instagram or any of my social networking sites located at the bottom of the page. Please remember to take time for yourself and relax ... you deserve it! XOXOXO
